Лазерные компрессоры 5-в-1: качество воздуха и компоновка

The extra stage in a 5-in-1 package is usually filtration or drying. For laser work that is the stage that decides whether the optics survive.

A skid package moves work from the site to the factory. What the site still has to provide is a base, power, cooling air and a drain.

In an oil-cooled machine the oil is a working fluid, not just a lubricant. Treating it that way is what keeps temperatures and efficiency stable.

Above the standard band, splitting compression across two rotors is what keeps temperature and efficiency in a workable range.

Laser shops buy a pressure band and an air quality class. The 4-in-1 package is how those two requirements get delivered as one system.

Oil-free compression is a specification decision before it is a machine decision. Here is how the family is arranged and what it demands in service.

Variable speed gets the attention, but a fixed speed machine sized correctly is still the cheapest way to make air at a steady full load.

Permanent magnet variable speed machines are now the default for plants with varying demand. What to check before you specify one.

Integrated packages put compression, drying, storage and filtration on one frame. The value is in the interfaces that disappear.

A fixed speed compressor is efficient at its design point and wasteful below it. Variable speed changes the shape of the curve, not the peak.
