Four functions, one frame
A 4-in-1 package combines the compressor, the air dryer, the receiver and the filter chain. In laser work this matters because the cutting machine specifies a pressure and a cleanliness level, and the package can be built to meet both rather than assembled on site from mismatched parts.
The pressure band
The models in this family are built around 12 and 16 bar working pressures, with motor sizes from 11 kW to 30 kW. Compare that with the general workshop band of 7 to 10 bar: the laser duty is a separate header, and the package is sized for it alone.

Installation points
- Ventilation - the package rejects heat like any compressor; the room still needs airflow.
- Drain routing - condensate from dryer and filters needs a route and, where oil is present, separation.
- Service access - panels open to specific sides; keep that clearance free.
- Electrical - confirm the site voltage and frequency before the build, because changing a package later is a factory job.
Service rhythm
Filters and dryer performance decide whether the package keeps its quality class, and the compressor's oil and separator decide whether the filters are being asked to do the compressor's job. Check differential pressures at every service and treat a rising trend as a maintenance trigger rather than waiting for the element to collapse.
