Permanent-magnet variable-speed screw compressors, the core of the OPPAIR range. The permanent-magnet motor is controlled by an inverter that follows air demand, so the machine holds pressure closely and avoids the load and unload cycling of a fixed-speed unit. Capacities run from 0.8 to 6.8 m3/min across 7.5 kW to 37 kW at 8 to 10 bar, and larger frames extend the same principle upward. The integrated design puts air end, motor, inverter and controls in one enclosure, which simplifies installation and keeps the drive train aligned.
