撬装式空压机机组:现场有哪些变化

What a skid actually delivers

A skid-mounted package arrives with the compressor, receiver, dryer, filters and controls already mounted and piped on one frame. The site work reduces to setting the skid, connecting power, connecting the air outlet and, where applicable, the cooling water. For projects with a short installation window or a site without a fabrication team, that is the main reason to choose it.

What it changes about the design

  • Layout is decided in the factory - the order of receiver, dryer and filters is fixed by the package, so any special requirement has to be raised before build, not at commissioning.
  • Footprint instead of floor area - a skid needs a defined rectangle with access for service, not a room arranged around separate machines.
  • Lifting and transport - skid weight and lifting points become project data, and the route into the building has to be checked.
  • Future changes - adding a second dryer or a larger receiver later is harder than on a loose installation.

Site preparation

A level, load-bearing base is required, with the skid anchored and the drain routed to a suitable point. Ventilation still matters: a skid in a closed room heats the room exactly as separate machines would. Leave service access on the sides the panels open from, and keep the control panel reachable without dismantling pipework.

Specifying a package

Give the required flow and pressure, dew point, filtration class, voltage and frequency, ambient conditions, and the space available including access routes. Those answers let the package be arranged once, in the factory, rather than adjusted repeatedly on site.
