柴油移动式空压机:压力与工作制怎么选

Where diesel mobile wins

Sites without a power supply, work that moves, and duties that need air before the electrical installation is finished. A diesel driven compressor is self-contained: fuel in, air out, no supply to arrange. The trade-off is that running cost per cubic metre is higher than a fixed electric machine, so mobile units are usually specified for their mobility, not their efficiency.

The pressure question

Mobile units in our catalogue cover the 14 to 25 bar band - 14, 17, 18, 21 and 25 bar variants. That is deliberately wider than the workshop band because the applications differ: general site air sits around 7 to 10 bar, while drilling, pipeline testing and some demolition tools need considerably more. Buying at the higher pressure when the work needs 8 bar costs fuel on every hour of operation.

Question Why it decides the machine
Required pressure at the tool Do not buy 25 bar to run 8 bar tools
Free air delivery Two tools at once need the sum of their consumption plus margin
Duty cycle Continuous duty needs a larger cooling package and a bigger fuel tank
Altitude and ambient Both reduce delivered performance; state them when enquiring
Mobility Skid, wheeled chassis or towable - dictated by how often it moves

Running it well

  • Fuel and filters - diesel quality and filter changes matter more than on an electric machine.
  • Air intake - dusty sites clog elements quickly; check daily, not weekly.
  • Aftercooling - mobile packages often have limited cooling; the dryer downstream has to be sized for the real inlet temperature.
  • Storage - a receiver on the chassis plus one at the tool gives steadier pressure than either alone.
