Air Dryer

Refrigerated and plate-exchange compressed air dryers for removing water vapour before it reaches tools, pipework or product. The OFD range covers 1.5 to 25 m3/min at working pressures from 2 to 10 bar as standard, with 12, 16, 20 and 30 bar available to order, and holds a pressure dew point of 2 to 10 degrees Celsius at ambient temperatures up to 45 degrees Celsius. Plate heat exchange models recover heat internally for a smaller footprint and stable outlet temperature. Correct drying protects pneumatic valves, instruments and laser optics and stops corrosion in the distribution pipe. Match the dryer to the compressor flow, the ambient temperature and the dew point your process actually needs.
