Tow Stage High Pressure Screw Air Compressor
Two-stage screw compressors that split compression across two rotors, which reduces the compression ratio per stage and the heat generated, so the machine delivers high pressure with better efficiency than a single stage at the same duty. The family covers three pressure bands: 3 to 5 bar for low-pressure bulk air such as textile and aeration duty, 8 to 15 bar for general industrial and laser assist air, and 20 to 30 bar for blow moulding and high-pressure processes. Splitting the work also lowers the discharge temperature and extends air end life. Tell us the working pressure and flow and we will confirm which band and frame size applies.
