High Pressure Air Compressor for Blow Molding
High-pressure booster and screw compressor packages for PET bottle and jerry can blow moulding. The process needs 30 to 40 bar at the blow station, well above normal plant air, so these machines are built as two-stage packages: a 7 to 10 bar first stage feeding a high-pressure booster. Models cover 37 kW to 75 kW with flows around 7 to 9 m3/min, skid-mounted with the receiver, dryer and filtration included. Stable high pressure directly affects bottle wall thickness and cycle time, which is why the package is specified as a system rather than a compressor alone. Tell us the cavity count, bottle size and cycle time and we will size the booster.
