Oil Cooled Screw Air Compressor

Oil-cooled rotary screw compressors from 7.5 kW to 75 kW, the configuration most general industrial plants run. Oil injected into the compression chamber seals the rotors, carries away heat and lubricates the bearings, which is why these machines are compact and quiet for the air they deliver. Capacities cover 7 to 12 bar across the range, with fixed-speed and permanent-magnet variable-speed options. The oil circuit includes a separator to keep carry-over low, and the cooler is sized for ambient conditions up to 45 degrees Celsius.
