Nitrogen generator
PSA nitrogen and oxygen generators built for on-site gas supply. The nitrogen units deliver up to 99.99 percent purity from compressed air using carbon molecular sieve beds, in flows from a few Nm3/h for a single laser cutter up to 200 Nm3/h for a full plant, with the feed compressor, dryer and filtration supplied as one integrated package. Oxygen generators use zeolite and typically produce 90 to 93 percent oxygen for cutting, welding, wastewater treatment and medical support. Because the gas is generated where it is used, there are no cylinder deliveries, no evaporation losses and no long-term gas contract. We size the generator from your purity, flow and pressure requirement.
