Oil Free Air Compressor
An index of the OPPAIR machines built to deliver air without oil in the compression chamber. Two families sit here: water-lubricated screw compressors, which use water as the sealing and cooling medium and run from small frames up to 250 kW class at 8 to 12.5 bar, and oil-free scroll compressors for lower flows at 8 and 10 bar. Both avoid oil aerosol by design rather than by downstream filtration, which is what food, pharmaceutical, electronics and medical users need. Choosing between them comes down to flow, pressure and duty: scroll for smaller clean-air demands, water-lubricated screw once capacity grows. Tell us the flow, pressure and air quality class you must meet.
