2-stage 20-30bar
Two-stage screw compressors for the 20 to 30 bar band, used where process pressure is well above normal plant air. Splitting compression across two stages keeps the discharge temperature and the load on each rotor within design limits, which is what makes sustained 20 to 30 bar operation practical on a screw machine. Models include high-power frames up to 250 kW at 20 bar, built for blow moulding where the blow station needs both high pressure and high flow. These units are specified by the process, not by the catalogue, so tell us the required outlet pressure, the flow at that pressure and the duty cycle.
