Modular adsorption air dryer

Modular adsorption dryers built as stackable modules rather than one large vessel, so capacity can grow with the plant. Each module is a self-contained desiccant unit with its own control, and modules are combined to match the required flow; the same platform is used in the integrated nitrogen generator packages where dry feed air is a prerequisite. Heatless regeneration keeps the design simple and avoids heater maintenance. These units suit installations where demand is expected to increase in steps, or where a single large dryer would be difficult to install in an existing plant room.
