Precision Filter

A single-class precision filter for removing water, dust and oil from compressed air before it reaches equipment or product. The CTAFH element is specified where the air has to be clean but the process does not need the full three-stage chain, and it is used ahead of laser optics, pneumatic instruments and painting equipment. Housing and element are matched to the pipe size of the installation, and the element is replaceable on the normal service interval. Filter performance depends on the element being the right class and being changed before it loads up, because a saturated element adds pressure drop instead of removing contamination.
