Twin Tower Adsorption Air Dryer
Heatless twin-tower adsorption dryers for dew points that a refrigerated dryer cannot reach. Two desiccant beds alternate between drying and regeneration, using a small purge of already-dried air, so the outlet stays at a very low pressure dew point without a heater. The OAD range runs from 1.2 to 55 m3/min at 2 to 10 bar standard, with 16, 20 and 30 bar built to order, and is controlled by a PLC cycle that can be tuned to actual load. These dryers suit laser cutting, painting lines, outdoor pipework that is exposed to frost, and food or pharmaceutical processes where moisture is a quality issue.
