Oil Free Water Lubrication Air Compressor
Oil-free water-lubricated screw air compressors from OPPAIR use water instead of oil as the compression medium, so the delivered air contains no oil carry-over and needs no oil separator or oil filter in the air path. The range covers single-stage and two-stage machines from small workshop units up to 250 kW class models running at 8, 10 and 12.5 bar, with PM VSD drive available for plants whose demand fluctuates through the shift. Typical installations are food and beverage lines, pharmaceutical packaging, electronics, and chemical processes where an oil-contaminated air supply would scrap the product.
